We handle your personal data in accordance with the applicable laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we are the Data Fiduciary in respect of the personal data you provide to us.

1. What we collect

We collect only the data you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical data:

• Contact-form data you submit: your name, email address, phone number and the message you write.
• Technical data automatically logged by our hosting and form providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit, used for security and to keep the site working.

We do not intentionally collect financial account numbers, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or other sensitive information through this website. Please do not send such information through the contact form.

2. Why we use it, and your consent

• Service providers ("Data Processors") who help us run the website and handle enquiries — currently our website host (Vercel Inc.) and our contact-form processor (Web3Forms). These providers process data on our instructions.
• AMCs, registrars (RTAs) and regulators, where required to provide services you have requested or to comply with law.
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law or to protect our rights.

Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside India, in accordance with applicable law.

4. How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We retain your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable security safeguards to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse; however, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

• correct, complete or update your data, and erase data no longer needed;
